Please Note:

 

1.  Reservations normally run from Saturday to Saturday

2. The number of resident visitors is limited to the number for whom permanent beds are

    provided (ie 11 persons) unless prior agreement has been obtained.

3. Doohat House is furnished with duvets & pillows – guests provide their own bedding, towels etc.

    Linen packs (inc towels) are available to rent @ £10 per person. 

4. One well-behaved dog is permitted. We reserve the right to make an extra charge if the pet

    causes any damage or leaves any visible evidence of its visit.

 

Terms of Payment:

 

A deposit/good housekeeping bond of £100 is required with the completed reservation form.

Please note that this is in addition to the the weekly charges detailed above.

The bond will be returned, in full, 7-10 days after the end of the holiday, less deductions as listed below:

1. Loss or damage other than fair wear and tear.

2. House not left clean and tidy. Please note that cleaning time in excess of one hour will 

    be charged at £30 per hour.

3. House not vacated by 10.00am latest on day of departure. A charge pro-rata to £20 per

    hour may be made for late departure, depending on circumstances.

 

Payment in full for the total number of nights is required not less than four weeks before the holiday commences.

If the booking is less than four weeks before the holiday commences the full amount is payable immediately.

For cancellations up to eight weeks before the holiday commences a refund of 50 per cent of the balance of payment will be made.
